Killer T whose real name is Kelvin Kusikwenyu was born in Mbare, Zimbabwe, on January 10, 1990. In August 2022, he will turn 32. He is the youngest child in a family of five.

Killer T’s debut in the music industry was aided by popular songs including Tirikumhanya, Suspects, Makarova Gunners, Ziso Rako Hameno, and Officer Mirai Chirukazi. He also expresses gratitude to his parents for inspiring him to be responsible and independent.
His stage name was inspired by his sibling. Because of his reputation for “killing” dancehall lyrics, his brother gave him the stage name “Killer,” and “T” stands for “Temptation,” the name of a younger sibling with whom he formerly shared the stage. Sadly, he was forced to live in abject poverty as a child.
