K Naomi revealed she was offered a free body surgery but she turned it down.

The star stated that she was approached to go Turkey for a free body surgery but declined the offer.

K Naomi revealed that she declined the offer because she doesn’t want to mess up her body.

She tweeted: “I was invited to Turkey for free body surgery. Ngiyayi saba lento, angifuni ngemzimba wami”
