Jessica Nkosi pursued a career in perfoming arts after failing Criminal law in her second year. The actress who was born in KwaZulu Natal wanted to be a lawyer when she went to college.

She, however, changed her degree programme after her second year after failing a course. She later graduated in 2012 with a degree in Drama and Performing Arts.

The following year, she debuted her career in acting with a role in Isibaya playing Qondisile. That was the role that made her a household name in the industry and the coins started coming in. Because of her fame, she started getting presenter gigs and hosting gigs for prestigious occasions.

Because of her fame and a vast number of following she landed a job as the brand ambassador for Volvo. Because of that, she is no stranger to luxury cars. In September, the actress took to her Instagram to share pictures of her new red Volvo luxury vehicle that she bought for herself.

Not much is known about the house that she lives in with her baby daddy TK Dlamini, but we know she is well travelled. The actress shares pictures of herself travelling to exotic destinations, whether for work or holidays. Recently she was holidaying in Capetown with her baby daddy and friends.

Jessica is also the brand ambassador for one of the most expensive cosmetics brands in South Africa, Clinique. She lives like an A-lister and parties with the stars on a regular.
