Enhle Mbali learns martial art
Enhle Mbali signs up for MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).
The actress is in her first week of training and she’s excited about it.
Enhke says she started boxing training but stopped during Covid. However, she’s back and has gone from boxing to martial arts.
“I did boxing for a while and it was fun. I stopped during covid for obvious reasons . I have recently taken up MMA and it’s somthing!! Loving it,: she captioned post.
“Progressed quite bit, so, I’m quite proud of myself. It’s not like going to the gym, at all. You’re engaged mentally, you’re engaged physically, you’re engaged emotionally. So, it’s tasking but it feels like a relief. Weird enough, I guess I’m for fighting,” she said in the video clip shared.
